Dub FX (real name Benjamin Stanford) is a worldwide street performer and studio recording artist from St Kilda, Melbourne, Australia. His trademark is the use of loop and effect pedals combined with his voice. He creates intricate hip hop, reggae and drum and bass rhythms. Some of his music is also referred to as dubstep. Stanford travels and performs with his partner Flower Fairy.

Dub Fx claims to be completely independent using only: live performance, word of mouth, internet social networking and a number of easily accessible free samples. His lyrics both address generalized world events and contemporary angst while suggesting individual based revolution through self determination and engagement.

Everythinks a Ripple is the first Dub FX studio album. The promotional material says “all sounds on the album were created with his voice using a Roland effects & loop pedal.”

How to make the worst flyer ever

I have been interested in learning how to market myself better on the internet. While surfing the web researching various ways to gain traffic to my website through email flyers, I came across this in depth tutorial on how to design a flyer in photoshop. Interested in creating one for myself I thought I’d check it out. I didn’t make it past the second image before i burst out laughing.

I am still not sure if this is even serious, let me know what you think.

Sink Holes

A sink hole is a natural depression or hole in the surface topography caused by the removal of soil or bedrock, often both, by water. Sinkholes may vary in size from less than a meter to several hundred meters both in diameter and depth, and vary in form from soil-lined bowls to bedrock-edged chasms. They may be formed gradually or suddenly, and are found worldwide. These terms are often used interchangeably though many will distinguish between those features into which a surface stream flows and those which have no such input. Only the former would be described as sinks, swallow holes or swallets.
